LaBouff co-writes opinion piece on police violence

Jordan LaBouff, an associate professor of psychology and honors at the University of Maine, and Charlotte Warren co-wrote an opinion piece for the Bangor Daily News titled “What Maine can do to reduce police violence.” LaBouff is a member of the Maine chapter of the national Scholars Strategy Network, which brings together scholars across the country to address public challenges and their policy implications. Members’ columns appear in the BDN every other week. Warren represents District 84 in the Maine House of Representatives and is the House chair of Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee.
