NSF Programs and Funding Opportunities Workshop Oct. 11

The University of Maine Office of Research Development (ORD) will host an informational session on National Science Foundation (NSF) programs and funding opportunities from 10–11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11 in the Bangor Room of the Memorial Union.

The session will begin with a welcome from Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School Kody Varahramyan, and opening remarks from President Joan Ferrini-Mundy.

ORD staff will give an overview of upcoming NSF funding opportunities, and a panel of NSF-funded UMaine faculty will share their insights on successful grant writing.

The session is open to the UMaine community.
