Media advance Belfast Regional Job Fair at Hutchinson Center
WVII (Channel 7), WABI (Channel 5) and The Free Press previewed the Belfast Regional Job Fair. Nearly 60 area businesses will be represented at the fair scheduled for 9 a.m.–2 p.m. March 20 at the University of Maine Hutchinson Center in Belfast. In addition, the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce will be representing several smaller businesses looking to fill positions. The free Belfast Regional Job Fair is a collaboration of the city of Belfast, Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce, Belfast Creative Coalition, Maine Department of Labor at the Rockland CareerCenter, Our Town Belfast, the Hutchinson Center and Workforce Solutions. Registration is not required, but those attending are encouraged to RSVP via Facebook at 2018 Belfast Regional Job Fair.
