Portland television station WGME has an Associated Press story about the upcoming UMaine commencement. The 209th commencement ceremonies, which are expected to draw a combined 14,000 people to Orono for a morning and afternoon ceremony, will be held Saturday, May 7. U.S. Sen. Susan Collins will give commencement addresses during both ceremonies.
