All sponsorship levels will:
- Table set up in the atrium/hall.
- Banner to hang at an atrium/hall table, showcasing your organizations support (sponsor to keep banner).
- Recognize sponsors online, in written event programs, posters, and PowerPoints.
- Recognize sponsors in all follow-up communication with attendees.
Additional recognition will be based on the following sponsorship levels:
$1,500 + Bronze Sponsorship benefits
- Noted prominently during the event as a featured sponsor for morning or afternoon coffee breaks.
$2,500 + Silver Sponsorship benefits
- Noted prominently during the event as a featured sponsor for luncheon on Day 1, 2, or 3.
$5,000 + Gold Sponsorship benefits
- Three free registrations to attend all event days.
- Recognition as a student award sponsor.
- Recognition as a Gold Sponsor throughout the event and at the welcoming reception.
- Recognition in pre and post press releases and in articles about the event. The Institute will also pursue appearances on local radio and television programs to promote the event.
$7,000 + Platinum Sponsorship benefits
- Five free registrations to attend all event days.
- Recognition as a student travel sponsor (supporting students’ ability to travel to and attend the event to showcasing their research work and poster submissions).
- Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor throughout the event and the reception on Day 2.
- Featured in pre and post press releases and in articles about the event. The Institute will also pursue appearances on local radio and television programs to promote the event.
- Featured in the Institute of Medicine newsletters throughout the year as a Platinum sponsor for the event.
