I worked with Dr. Mark Wells and Dr. Teresa Johnson in Dual degree program of Marine Biology and Marine Policy. My research focused on seafood safety, especially shellfish depuration by using STELLAR model. My research topic investigated the depuration rates of pathogenic bacteria by eastern oysters.
