Maine Forest & Logging Museum: Children’s Days

Lombard Log Hauler! Wagon Rides! Fish! Fun! Historic hands-on activities and demonstrations, wagon rides, and fish swimming upstream! School groups and homeschoolers welcome!

For four days each year in the spring, the Museum welcomes hundreds of children for a day-long trip to the past. Don’t let your school or homeschool group miss this fun and enriching wind-down to the school year. See below to find out how to sign up. Follow the instructions on the form to complete registration. The days fill up fast, so sign up early!

In order for your group’s visit to be as fun and safe as possible, please check out our Children’s Days Guidelines.

$8 per person 3 years and older. Preregistration required

Signing Up: Space is limited and fills up fast.
~Call the office to check for spaces for your group on the desired day.
~If there is room on the day you choose, we will put your name down as a temporary hold for the space.
~We will then email you a form.
~To keep your space, you will need to get the form and your payment back to us as soon as possible.
~You can mail your form in with a check or email it and pay with Paypal–we’ll send the link once we have your form.
