ITSS Managed Computers and Software
UMS:IT manages a large number of computers around campus for use by UMaine Community and specifically for classes.
Computer labs and classrooms that are managed by UMS:IT are:
- Williams 215
- Merrill 228
- Library cluster
- Lord 311
- IMRC 113

Requesting New Software
If you’d like to request additional software be installed in a computer lab or classroom it will first need to go through an Accessibility Review to meet Disability Services and Equal Opportunity requirements. Once your software has been approved, UMS:IT can behind work on deploying the software. The following pages provide more details on this process.
