The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning is collaborating with doctoral candidates, Andrea Mercado and Ming-Tso Chien to provide international teaching assistants (ITAs) with a Community of Practice, designed for those who are primarily non-native speakers of English with little to no prior teaching experience and who want to improve their teaching.
