Sara Gundermann, a candidate for Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition will be defending her thesis titled, “Effects of Sous-Vide Processing and Acidic Marination on Physicochemical Quality, Shelf-Life, and Consumer Acceptability of Blue Mussel (Mytilus edulis) Meats.”
