Kevin Kennedy, a candidate for Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition, will be defending his thesis titled, “The Rapid Enumeration of Mixed Cultures containing Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces Using a Novel Method Utilizing Imaged Based Cytometry.”
