Adwoa Dankwa, a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Food and Nutrition Science, will be defending her dissertation titled, “Integrated Optimization of Microbial and Chemical Composition of Non-Dairy, Low-Alcohol Fermented Beverages: Kombucha and Water Kefir.”
