Abigail Hing, a candidate for the Master of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, will be defending their thesis titled: “Effects of Salt and Garlic Concentration on the Microbial Safety, Biochemical Properties, and Sensory Perception of Spontaneously Fermented Beet Kvass.”
