Morton Greenslit, a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Physics and Astronomy, will be defending his dissertation titled, “Plasma-Assisted Growth and Characterization of Piezoelectric AlN and ScxAl1-xN Films and Microwave Acoustic Sensors.”
