Matthew Fowler, a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering will be defending his dissertation titled, “THE FLOATING OFFSHORE-WIND CONTROLS ADVANCED LABORATORY PROGRAM: 1:70-SCALE TESTING OF A 15 MW FLOATING WIND TURBINE.”
