Caitlyn Winn, a candidate for Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition will be defending her thesis titled, “DEVELOPING A CULINARY ABD NUTRITION CURRICULUM TO IMPROVE DIET QUALITY AND SELF-EFFICACY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS: THE COLLEGE COOKING COMPETITION.”
