College of Education and Human Development announces 2015-16 faculty and staff award winners
The University of Maine College of Education and Human Development is pleased to announce the winners of its 2015-16 faculty and staff awards.
This year’s winners are:
- Teaching Excellence Awards
Full-time Faculty: Susan Bennett-Armistead, Associate Professor of Literacy
Part-time Faculty: Dick Young, Lecturer - Research and Creative Achievement Award
Sandra Caron, Professor of Family Relations and Human Sexuality - Faculty Service Award
John Maddaus, Associate Professor of Education - Staff Service Award
Phyllis Thibodeau, Administrative Coordinator
Interim Dean Susan Gardner said she was impressed by the variety and excellence of this year’s nominees, and thanked the various members of the college’s faculty and staff for their input and assistance during the awards process.
The winners will be honored at a recognition ceremony, Friday April 29 at the Wells Conference Center.
