Alice Kelley assumes the presidency of the Geological Society of Maine

At the fall meeting of the Geological Society of Maine, Alice Kelley was elected as the society’s next president.  She takes over from Julia Daly of UM Farmington.  Kelley will serve a two-year term, leading the largest geological organization in the state.  The Geological Society of Maine has a broad membership, including those in professional fields and academic institutions, as well as students.  For more information, visit: http://www.gsmmaine.org/.
