the ta success coalition

The Ta Success Coalition (TASC) is a hands-on, community-focused program for UMaine’s newest TAs who are ready to become more confident, knowledgeable, and connected. Together, we’ll tackle real classroom challenges, explore teaching strategies that work, and build the skills that make a difference. Plus, you’ll meet other TAs who share your experiences and can support you.

To participate in this program you must be a graduate students teaching a face-to-face or synchronous online course in the 2025 spring semester. Any level of teaching may apply but preference will be given to TAs that are new to teaching at UMaine (< 1 semester of experience).
