An introduction to Kaltura and using video in teaching

Monday, August 16, 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

This training will offer an overview of the features of UMaine’s video storage and streaming platform: Kaltura – an essential tool for teaching and learning remotely. We will discuss creative ways to use video in your teaching and share ideas about using video to improve student learning, such as using video feedback for students, working with video content, making and using video quizzes and using the built-in desktop recorder: Kaltura Capture.

This workshop will last one hour, with extra time for a Q&A afterwards.

Unfortunately, we were not able to fill the minimum number required to run this workshop; however, please contact Faculty Support at citl@maine.edu or (207)581-3333 with questions, or check out our other upcoming workshops.
