What is it?

Join other AI-curious faculty for collaborative hands-on work with AI services to develop course-specific uses of generative AI tools. We will explore and select AI tools to use in a class, assess their limitations, and design a feedback tutor, prompt guide, or virtual coach for your students.

Along the way, we will consider issues related to AI and writing, including teaching students how and when to use AI, what it means to assess writing with AI, the use of AI in assessment and related topics.

Participants who complete the institute will receive a certificate and a $100 stipend for participation*. 
*must be eligible for compensation.
