Coaching Philosophy

“For me, exercise is a way to make my day better no matter how chaotic everything else around me is. By taking the time to strengthen our bodies we can gain confidence in ourselves. I follow a plan of training smarter, not harder. It’s important to learn what your limits are, so you can push your body while remaining safe. My goal as a personal trainer and instructor is to get people excited to exercise and to teach clients how to be safe while pushing their personal limits.”
