  • Choose any/all that apply. Indicate preferred quantity for each in the Comments section. $10 PER GAME AND THEY MUST REMAIN ON CAMPUS.
  • Please tell us the amount of games you are requesting. Ex: 2x Corn Hole, 1x Spike Ball, 1x Giant Jenga
  • I understand that this is merely a request and I will receive notification of whether it was approved and how many of the games I requested I will be able to rent. I understand that I may be held personally responsible for any damage to the games I have rented. I understand that to pick up the games I should go to the main entrance of the Rec Center and ask for the manager on duty and provide payment for the game/s. They will direct me to where the games can be picked up.
