Peer Educators Spring 2013!

 

  Peer Education is now a part of the Student Wellness Resource Center located in room 235 of the Memorial Union.

Class Registration will begin for fall 2013 class.

Peer Education refers to the process of sharing information among members of a specific community to achieve positive health outcomes.

5 Roles of a Peer Educator:

Friend, Educator, Activist, Role Model & Team Member!

 

This past year, the peer educators have created programs such as:

Alcohol Responsibility Week, Great American Smoke Out, Drunk Drugged & Distracted Driving, Finals Hoorah, Goal Bowl, New Years Resolutions, Sexual Health Week, What’s In Your Drink? and more to come!
