Try something new for 30 Days
Take the 30 Day Challenge starts February 1, 2014! Let us know and we can congratulate your efforts!
How to Do it:
- Pick a challenge (Take a picture a day, Drink 8 glasses of water, Walk to school, Write a letter, quit smoking, save a dollar a day)
- Commit to the Challenge (Fill out a challenge form in SWRC, 235 Memorial Union, Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Log the Challenge (for 30 days log what you did)
- Celebrate the Challenge with the Kick-Off Luncheon (on January 31, we will share and celebrate with food and drink and inspiration in the Memorial Union at noon @ the Bangor Room).
