American Red Cross Blood Drive January 30 & 31
The Bodwell Center will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive on January 30 and 31 at the Collins Center for the Arts. Both days will be open 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Regular donations and Power Red Donations can be accepted. Walk-ins are welcome, but our schedule does tend to fill up. Appointments will guarantee your spot and can be faster. January is Dunkin Donuts Month! All donors will receive a $5 Dunkin Donuts Gift Card!!
The process of donating blood will take approximately one hours so make sure you have enough time available. To ensure a good experience, make sure you eat well before your donation and hydrate! hydrate! hydrate! Women’s iron does tend to be low, so be sure to include iron rich foods, like meat and green leafy vegetables, in your diet.
