Bingham: A beautiful little town, “halfway between the equator and the north pole”. “The Revere Bell atop Bingham’s Old Free Meeting House (pictured on the home page) was cast in 1819 or 1820 by John Revere, son of Paul Revere, and bought from a Boston Church for the Free Will Baptist Church in Skowhegan. It was purchased and brought to Bingham in 1863.”
