Former CSD students telepractice leaders during COVID-19 pandemic

Several former CSD graduate students, who completed telepractice clinical rotations at the University of Maine, have become telepractice leaders in the state of Maine during the COVID-19 pandemic.  One of those students, Sydney (Trask) Humphrey, was selected to teach team leaders across the Northern Light (EMHS) Healthcare System how to implement telehealth for rehabilitation.  In email correspondence, Sydney stated, “I could not have done it without the training and guidance I received from [UMaine].”  Sydney appeared in a story in the Bangor Daily News about telehealth services, read the full article here.
