Christopher Dufour is lecturer in the School of Computing and Information Science. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science, and B.S. in Biology from the University of Maine.

Research and Scholarship Interests

Christopher’s primary research interests are focused on High Performance Computing and Parallel Processing. He has recently focused on improving the performance of simulations in a wide variety of application domains using computer clusters. He has also participated in development of Virtual Reality applications as a treatment for common phobias.
