Unlock Insights with Public and Internal Dashboards
The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment provides a variety of public and internal dashboards designed to support informed decision-making across UMaine and UMaine Machias. These interactive tools offer an intuitive way to explore key university metrics, trends and insights.
Public Dashboard: Enrollment
Our public Enrollment Dashboard showcases ten years of enrollment trends by term and major, along with geographic maps showing where students were living before starting their degrees.
Internal Dashboards:
The internal dashboards centralize critical data, helping colleges and departments track progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Recent additions include:
- Undergraduate & Graduate Admissions Dashboards – Explore admissions data, including application counts, acceptances, and enrollments.
- Student Credit Hours (SCHs) Dashboard – A tool for engaging with SCHs data in conjunction with our existing static reports.
Access to internal dashboards is currently available to UMaine and UMM administrators, deans, associate deans, and department chairs/directors. Request access by emailing the report author.
Training and Support:
We offer customized training sessions to help you make the most of these resources.
