News Center, TV 7 highlight UMaine’s research innovation in wild blueberries
News Center Maine highlighted wild blueberry research from the University of Maine in two separate stories focused on how new technology and tools can make growing and harvesting wild blueberries more efficient and sustainable. WFVX (FOX 22/ABC 7) highlighted an event hosted by University of Maine Cooperative Extension at Blueberry Hill Farm in Jonesboro, during which researchers, farmers and community members discussed sustainable and efficient wild blueberry harvesting methods.
