Mainebiz features UMaine faculty at culinary event in NYC

Mainebiz interviewed two faculty members from the University of Maine regarding the Academie Culinaire de France meeting at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York City on Saturday, Feb. 3, where a team showcased Maine sea scallops. The aquaculture lead and senior program manager for University of Maine Cooperative Extension, Dana Morse, attended the meeting in person and food pilot plant manager Robert Dumas established the connections for Maine scallops to be featured in the meeting.
