Orono residents to vote at New Balance Field House, BDN reports
Orono leaders decided in July to move the town’s voting booths to the University of Maine’s New Balance Field House, the Bangor Daily News reported. “Orono has relocated its polling place to accommodate the volume of people expected,” Town Clerk Shelly Crosby told the newspaper on Wednesday. “We anticipate there is going to be a high turnout,” said Crosby, who also is Orono’s registrar of voters.
