UMaine political science major Caleb Rosser was interviewed in a Bangor Daily News story about the first anniversary of the Affordable Health Care Act. Rosser said he has benefited from the health care overhaul because when he gained four more years of coverage despite turning 22 last fall and aging out of his parents’ insurance coverage.
