MMDL represents at ABCT, IASR, and the Technology in Psychiatry Summit

Members of the MMDL attended the 51st Annual Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy in San Diego, California. Colin gave a symposia presentation on evaluating cognitive and mood reactivity as risk factors for relapse to depression, Rachel presented a poster on investigating the relationship between perceived control, negative mood, and binge eating symptoms severity. Olivia presented on how comorbid trait anxiety impacts the relationship between depressive symptoms and cardiovascular disease in older adults.

Victoria Quinones attended the International Association of Suicide Research in Las Vegas, Nevada where she presented work on the relationship between brooding rumination and stress-mediated mood reactivity in individuals with or without a history of non-suicidal self-injury.

Dr. Haigh attended the inaugural Technology in Psychiatry Summit at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. The event gathered leaders in health care, academia, data science, technology and industry to discuss the role of digital technology in data collection, diagnosis and delivery of mental health care.
