Join us for the kickoff event for the new UMaine Medicine Seminar Series to be held November 8th at 3:00 pm in 48 Stodder Hall from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.
Following an overview of the UMaine Medicine Initiative and Seminar Series, our keynote seminar speaker – Clifford Singer, MD, DFAPA, AGSF will begin his talk. Dr. Singer is the Chief of Geriatric Health and Neuropsychiatry at Northern Light (formerly EMMC). His talk is titled “Integrating healthcare, biomedical research, and biomedical engineering to make Maine a healthier place to live.”
Following Dr. Singer’s talk will be a networking reception from 4:00-5:00 pm with light refreshments and a cash bar. All are welcome to attend.
