2018 Parent Guide

We are happy to announce our newly revised and updated Maine Parent Guide to Autism Spectrum Disorders! Now a four-volume set, the 2018 edition has undergone review and revisions to update content, and includes new content addressing adults living life on the spectrum, personal safety, family issues, and augmentative and alternative communication. Thanks to our MAIER Family Partnership friends, we have added new personal narratives and photos from families around the state.

This new edition is only possible through the help we received from our external reviewers and writers, partnering agencies and organizations, and some very special contributors and ongoing support from Jan Breton and the Maine Department of Education, Office of Special Services.

Copies will be available soon, so use the link below to fill out an order form. Families requesting individual copies will be mailed to your home once available.
