Thank you for your interest in the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry’s 2024 course offering on the Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points for Meat and Poultry Slaughter and Processing Professionals. Registration for this course is first come, first serve, and limited to 20 students.
