Payroll Forms
The University of Maine System maintains the most accurate and up-to-date Payroll Forms. To access Payroll Forms, you’ll need to:
- Login to the UMS myCampus portal.
- Under the Human Resources drop-down menu, click Employee Information.
- In the Human Resources Menu (upper left), click Payroll.
- In the Human Resources Menu (upper left), click Forms.
