SunRule MIRTA team to install first prototype in Orono’s Webster Park

The Town of Orono‘s Webster Park will host the very first installation of the SunRule, a unique math teaching tool invented by UMaine College of Education and Human Development professors Justin Dimmel and Eric Pandiscio and developed through the MIRTA accelerator program.

The SunRule is an interactive sculpture that harnesses the rays of the sun to help users explore multiplication and division. Read more about this educational public art at UMaine News.
