Ideas
To begin your National History Day Project you should begin by asking yourself a few of questions. The first is: “What in history – a time period, an event, or perhaps, an individual or group of individuals – do I find interesting?” The second is: “What types of projects would I like to do and how does my interest in history fit into these projects?” The third question you should ask yourself is: “What am I talented at? Am I good at designing websites? Am I a natural actor? Am I a good writer?” Finally, you need to determine whether you want to work by yourself or in a group.
Remember that whatever you chose for your topic you will have to relate it to the 2016 theme: Exploration, Encounter, Exchange in History
