Why did you decide to become a GSG senator?: I decided to become a GSG senator to ensure the School of Food and Agriculture’s representation within the GSG and to voice the needs of students within the School of Food and Agriculture.

How would you best serve your constituents?: I will best serve my constituents by attending all GSG meetings, voicing the concerns of my fellow constituents, and disseminating meeting details to my constituents.

Please tell us about your research or some fun facts about you: My research interests include investigating social, behavioral, and environmental factors impacting the diet quality and overall health of young adults and adolescents to prevent the development of chronic diseases. I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, and the outdoors in my free time.

How do you plan on communicating with your constituents?: Communication will be done via the School of Food and Agriculture listserv with bi-monthly updates regarding GSG meetings. I am also available for in-person or Zoom discussions.
