Research: Dairy cattle nutrition, particularly the production of silage and the use of silage additives to improve silage quality and its nutritional value in silage based diets. The most recent research was in measuring the fermentation temperature profiles of bunker silages and then attempting to make equivalent silage in mini-silos in the lab by fermenting them in an incubator that followed a similar temperature profile.
