Poster Session
On Monday, November 14 at 4:00 there will be a poster session for undergraduate students, graduate students, and early career researchers.
This poster session is open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and early career researchers working on NSF EPSCoR grants. We plan to offer 88 slots in this poster session. Abstracts will be reviewed by the conference organizers and must be submitted by end of day Friday, October 7.
The poster session will take place in the conference hotel. Setup will begin at 3:45 pm on the 14th. Presenters should plan to remain with their posters throughout the assigned session. Posters should be 3 feet tall by 4 feet wide. Poster content is up to the presenter; organizers have no specific requirements for what must be included. To attach posters to the display boards, T-pins will be provided at each poster presentation space.
