Bio: Jesse Kaye-Schiess has been involved with the University of Maine as a student, graduate student and adjunct faculty member for more than a decade. The institution has provided him with opportunities to achieve his personal and professional goals of creating a difference in peoples lives. Through his education, Jesse has learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Work hard, be kind, and follow your dreams. He is also involved with the Maine Youth Fish and Game Association, promoting youth leadership through adventure education, the Bonny Eagle Middle School Pathfinders program, providing youth leadership through adventure education for 7th and 8th grade students. Jesse has also been a substitute teacher in the MSAD 6 district.
