China has a long history (several thousand years) with colorful culture. China is one of the only countries that has continued from an ancient civilization into the modern world. There are 56 ethnic groups across the 34 provinces in China. China is also the home to the most artifacts and practice of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Intangible Cultural Heritage is the practice, representation, expression, knowledge, or skill considered by UNESCO to be part of a place’s cultural heritage. This includes buildings, historic places, monuments, and artifacts are physical intellectual wealth. It’s very hard to completely describe how amazing of Chinese culture by my words or some photos, this is just a very brief introduction, but hope you could enjoy this very short journey.
