University of Maine Researchers Featured in Food Industry Publication
Researchers from the University of Maine are featured in a recently published article in “Food Technology” for their work on developing new food products from aquaculture. The article focuses on work being done with sea vegetables by UMO researchers Susan Brawley, Denise Skonberg, Balunkeswar Nayak, and Angela Myracle. Later in the article, Steve Eddy discusses work being done at the CCAR to develop aquaculture technologies for sea vegetables, fish and invertebrates.
