Wellbeing Wednesday - Yoga

When: Wednesday, April 17, 5-6 pm
Where: DPC 205

Whether you’ve never tried yoga or do it on the regular, join your classmates for this fun session led by Pause Massage Therapy. We’re moving out the furniture in DPC 205 to create a free space to breathe, stretch, and meditate. Yoga mats will be provided to those who don’t have their own. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Please sign up here:
