Intrusions is a collaborative performance project taking form in response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. It engages multidisciplinary research in the arts, cell biology, and the rapidly transforming landscape of American reproductive healthcare. It is a project deeply invested in the ethics of caring for one another through crisis. We want to understand the possibilities available to us for organization and support. To this end we ask, “How can our efforts as artists further our civic and social efforts resist control, to heal, to protect one another, to demonstrate our presence and more?”
