Timothy Cole is Associate Professor of Political Science and Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Maine. His research interests generally focus on the manner in which foreign policy leaders formulate, articulate, and justify their vision of American interests. His work includes publications in Rhetoric and Public Affairs, The Communication Review, and Bring ‘Em On: Media and Politics in the Iraq War. A recent publication (co-authored by Dr. Amy Fried): “Presidential Impeachment and Institutional Dynamics in the Iran-Contra Affair and the Clinton-Lewinsky Scandal”, Congress and the Presidency, 2004, vol. 31 (1): 77-98.
